Singer Michael Bublé and trumpeter Chris Botti held four of the top six spots on the Billboard jazz chart this week, but sales of a new compilation of Nat "King" Cole's music picked up in its third week on the chart.
Bublé's platinum-selling It's Time remained at number one, but his live Caught in the Act dropped from number two to number four, trading places with The Very Best of Nat 'King' Cole. Botti's To Love Again: The Duets remained at number three; his When I Fall in Love moved from number seven to number six in its 86th week on the chart.
The sole new entry on the jazz chart was a compilation titled Vintage Verve at number 24.
The contemporary-jazz chart was even more static, with Herbie Hancock's Possibilities remaining at number one and the top five spots unchanged. There were no new entries.
