Saxophonist Jessy J Featured In Michael Bolton PBS Special This Month

This week marks the premiere of Michael Bolton Live at The Royal Albert Hall on PBS stations nationwide. Fans of Jessy J might be interested in the show since the smooth jazz saxophonist will be featured throughout the show as a member of Bolton’s band.

The show debuts in Los Angeles this Saturday (March 6) at 9 p.m. Other airing in various cities throughout March are listed on the PBS website.

Filmed at London’s Royal Albert Hall, Bolton performs his Lady Gaga collaboration “Murder My Heart,” Bolton classics “How Can We Be Lovers” and “Soul Provider,” standards from the big-band days and “Georgia on My Mind,” among other hits.

A DVD of the performance has already been released.

“The making of the video was both emotional and breathtaking,” Jessy says. “The view of the hall itself was astonishing. I am so blessed to say that this performance was made with all of my loving friends. We have enjoyed each other’s company throughout the years all over the world.”

Jessy’s current single on the Smooth Jazz Top 20 is “Tropical Rain.”
