Jeff Lorber, Gerald Albright, Keiko Matsui, Chris Standring, Richard Elliot, Jody Watley, and Jonathan Butler are among the artists joining saxophone star Dave Koz on his third annual Dave Koz & Friends At Sea cruise, set for November 4th through November 11th aboard the Holland America line's m/s Westerdam. This year, the ship departs from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and heads to San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Maarten; St. Kitts; and Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas. Peabo Bryson, Norman Brown, David Benoit, Eric Darius, Greg Adams, and Marc Antoine will also be providing entertainment and participating in the various events on the cruise. In addition, the band Spyro Gyra will be a very special guest performer.
Koz launched his first cruise in 2005, and says that from the beginning the ship's accommodations and the great lineup made the even an instant success: "The ship is gorgeous and beautiful and there's so many different ways to see the artists up close and in person in a more intimate situation. And we put it up on sale and realized very quickly that there was a real strong market for this.
