Ed Taylor | Songs From A Taylor

In his long-awaited 2007 fall release, Songs From A Taylor, jazz guitarist, Ed Taylor marks his debut offering in the smooth jazz genre. This CD features eleven instrumental tracks showcasing Taylor’s compositional style, as well as his ability to arrange classic hits with a distinct signature. This CD is a follow-up to TaylorMade, his successful 2005 concept album.

Smooth jazz icon, Peter White joins Taylor and the TaylorMade band as a featured guest guitarist on two original cuts: Song From A Taylor and Do What You’ve Got To Do.

Taylor is a Gibson Guitar supported-artist in the Pacific Northwest. With 40 years experience, Taylor’s seasoned guitar playing reflects a short list of iconic musical influence including George Benson, Chuck Berry, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, and Wes Montgomery. Throughout his career, Taylor has performed a wide variety of music that consistently pleases both himself and his audience.
