Gerald Albright, Lalah Hathaway, and Will Downing are teaming up for a special 2008 tour to celebrate the holidays. The Soulful Christmas tour will kick off November 28th in Detroit.
The three artists will also appear at a Strike Against Stroke bowling event in Washington, D.C., to raise money for the American Heart Association. Downing has hosted several Strike Against Stroke events in the past.
Albright, who has been touring with Guitars & Saxes this year, recently released his Memphis tribute set, Sax For Stax.
Hathaway's current CD project is called Self-Portrait and features the singles "Let Go" and "That Was Then."
After releasing the CD After Tonight last year, Downing made a triumphant return to the performing stage this summer after battling the rare degenerative muscle disease polymyositis.
